Clip and save box tops you find on many products. Make sure you check all cereal boxes before recycling them. Clip the box tops, save and turn them in to your homeroom teacher. Earn cool things for our school (these things are as good as cash), and win a donut party for your class.
ANNUAL SANTA FE SHOWDOWN
The annual Santa Fe Showdown will be held on December 21, 2016, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM in Lindley Hall. Parents are welcome to come watch the fun!
BEVERAGES ON BROADWAY
Santa Fe staff will be serving hot cocoa and coffee to parents on December 19, as they drop students off. Staff members will be located at Broadway and Poplar.
After December 5, if you wish to sponsor a student's wish list, please stop by the school office and pick an "ornament" tag off of the tree. The tag will contain the student's age, gender, and Christmas wish-list. All presents must be delivered unwrapped by December 16, 2016, before 4:00 PM.
The library is launching a reading contest for the 2nd nine weeks. Mrs. Carlson will be visiting with each class sometime during the next two weeks. During the contest, students and staff can turn in "five-word" book reviews to the library. If we reach 700 book reviews before Christmas, we will have a SPIRIT WEEK from January 23rd through January 27th. See details below.
